It's not 100% refined, but I didn't really want to post this in scraps.
These are a couple of OCs of mine. I won't go in to too much detail, but if you're interested: The guy is an evil overlord/super villain (okay, only somewhat evil). I suppose the best description is he's aiming for a benevolent dictatorship, though this involves killing off particularly threatening superheroes and other dirty work. As for the girl, she has a particularly frustrating superpower, where her mood effects the likelihood of natural disasters occurring over a large area. Her being happy is like a shield against them, so there's an organization out there which would like no better than to keep her constantly drugged up. All things considered, she's probably safer with the overlord. Time: 3-4 hours Tools: Photoshop CS2 & Wacom Graphire Tablet No references used |
