My flapper dress, which I made for a New Year's party, which was 1920's themed. (real colours on right, me having too much fun with Photoshop on the left)

I designed, patterned and sewed the whole thing over three days. ^^ I didn't have a lot of time, but it was really fun seeing it all come together. I know it's a simple dress, but I'm still quite happy with how it turned out.

Materials: Lyrca, raw silk & beaded dangley ...stuff =P
Time: About 13 hours

So cute! :D Awesome job! I remember I had to wear a flapper dress for a parade, and it was SO cold that morning. D: I kept dancing to keep warm.

I love how you put some modern twists on the flapper theme. I mean, I love the flapper look and everything but a lot of it is a tad bit outdated.

Ahh, thats awesome! My sister and her friend dressed up as flappers for Halloween one year, but they were made of really cheap, thin fabric...not like that! It turned out really nice, it looks so smooth and silky...OwO
