Massive moons* and space ships. I started this on Monday, then went to see Star Trek last night... so it ended up rather more 'space'y than I'd originally intended! Damn, that was a fun movie; I think I'll be in a scifi mood for a fair while yet.

*Cue appropriate Star Wars quote.

I could say this is amazing, spactacular, astonishing, extraordinary, and plain awesome, but those words are way too simple to describe this piece of work here! I'm a SciFi freak, so naturally I would automatically love this, but this goes way beyond the genre. This looks like the best result you can get from blending technology, science fiction, and fantesy. The details are so accurate, and the death-star moon just completes the entire scenery. The ocean, in my opinion, make this artwork extremely original, the shadings in the waves are flawless! And the ship's design is so unique, and the toning's beautiful, you can see where I'm going with this :)
Basically, it would really be great if you could draw more pictures like this!

WOW what imagination and vision you have.
This pic just jumps out at you and commands praise.
Where do I start? well the designs are so original, I love the idea of the ship taking elements from the sea like the fins, really works well with the rest of the piece. The waves look fantastic and having those stands coming out from the water, leading the way to the moon adds an almost cold, creepy even alone feeling that maybe this moon is empty with no life or maybe something is waiting for our pilot to arrive. The colouring is outstanding has a real realistic feel to it and the sense of depth and distance works fantastic. ^^

I truely think a fantastic piece with great detail and vision, just love it

Awesome. Is it really the moon or just a HUMONGOUS ship?

It's not just that you've created a mere beautiful spacecraft, you've created an incredible world that your spacecraft inhabits so beautifully. Those arms that reach out of the crashing waves, the massive orbital body just over the horizon, the way the craft so seamlessly skids across the surface of the sea, it's a truly spectacular sight to behold.

Your colouring is flawless, your scaling is perfect and the end result is simple excellence indeed. I would love to know more about this world and this spacecraft if you have any more information to share:)

When civilizations elot themselves tetrations past the ambition of imagined society now, in literature, film or art, that one one of the engines that make future technology, even of limited to concept, thank you for this.
