My only critique is that ever so slight color hiccup that is barely noticeable--I just stare a bit harder at animations having done so for a semester of class--I don't consider myself an expert by any means however! I just like to offer up any helpful critiques that I can since I do have some usable knowledge :')
Also, I love the overall set-up but I'm wondering if -slightly- moving the background would give it more depth? At the same time I really enjoy the animation as it is right now~ But maybe the clouds would move slightly as he runs along? Just a thought! Love love looooove this animation though! Amazing job~!
Yes, the hiccup there is the texture in the foreground not quite tiling perfectly. I wish I could have had slight movement in the background, but as the animation has to loop, that would have required the animation to have hundreds of frames and pushed the animated gif size up too high.
and ahhh I see! Well it's still wonderful how it is~ I was just wondering how background movement would affect the overall look, but size definitely is an issue when wanting to upload or transfer a flash file.
