^^ Familiar pose?

I've been wanting to do a picture related to the current arc (in the anime) for a while; this whole fight is just... wow. I was sitting around trying to think of some angle to use, expressions and poses to give them and so on; something to express the feeling of the scene, something serious and intense.

Then this idea came up. Damn my crossover-loving imagination! I just had to do it. >___< Aaahhh!!

For those who don't recognise the pose, it's a pretty famous one from the first time that Gokuu and Vegeta fight in DBZ. ^^; Yup, I love drawing my parrallels... although Sasuke is rather a ...er... 'reverse Vegeta', I guess.

Doing something like this makes me realise how different the Naruto and DBZ styles are; the anatomy is completely different. I had a bit of a headache trying to 'translate' the poses into Naruto style. ^^;

-Lost count of time, about 8 hours I think.

lol you should make a crossover between Rock Lee opening his gate's and goku using Kaioken :D

Love the crossover... hehehe, though I must say I prefer vegeta in the pose than sasuke :P
Colours and posing are fantatically done :D Nice and bright for such a somber situation, nicely done!

Woo~

I recognised the pose immediately! That's so awesome.

The coloring is totally awesome. Good, strong sense of lighting. A teeny bit oversaturated, but still: amazing.

Yes it's a familiar pose! lol I was looking at this thinking, "What's with the DBZ constipation poses?" < That's an inside joke between my friends and I when we are joking around about DBZ lol. Anyways once again your art is top notch! Excellent coloring and amusing stance for the characters. ^_^

:clap: :clap: Awsome image well I had to take my manga DBZ and compare both:omg: WOW it so incredible they are similary especially canyon background and poses but for me Vegeta looks better in his pose I really hate Sasuke :grr:
Vegeta had charm and charisma Sasuke dosen't have those features :p
And Naruto hmmm he really resambles Goku well his Super Saiyan version :D even orange clothing Naruto reslambles clothing Naruto :)
