Description
I have to say, I had a great time making that Amaterasu figurine, so when a friend of mine was hosting a craft day a few weeks back, I gave sculpting another go.
I only had one sitting to get the sculpting done... so that was pretty intense! There's certainly some proportion errors and messy parts here and there, but I'm pretty happy with how he turned out.
It's pretty cool having the main character of my game sitting there on the window sill, giving me a discerning look each time I get distracted. It must be working though, as we've passed the half way mark! The website's coming soon too, so I can't wait to share that with you all!
Time: 5 hours sculpting, 3 hours painting/finishing.
Tools: Super sculpey, hot glue for the effects, acrylic paint, gloss and matt varnish.
