THEY CAN'T WIN.
At his peak, goku is stong enough to pick up a continent, fly at over three times light speed, survive a supernova explosion to the face and destroy planets. That's over 18 octillion megatonnes of explosive enegry and that's not even his limit. And that's not filtering in his actual fighting skills, telekenetic abilities, mental attack abilities or the fact that he can teleport instsantly to anywhere he's ever been or to anywhere he can sense energy. Naruto is strong and fast, but I'm pretty sure he's not faster than light or strong enough to destroy thr planet, even at his peak. As for Luffy, he's defintily tenacious and his stretchiness does give him certain movement skills, but the scales are just far too tipped in Goku's favour. Not to mention we don't even know how strong Goku will become when more details about the SSJ God form are released. There's just too much going for him. Sorry mate... Don't belive me? Watch the Screwattack Goku VS Superman. Shameful, but unlike Superman, Naruto and Luffy aren't solar powered.
